We want to see your creative spirit!

Every October we launch our Kissing Cancer Goodbye Campaign of giving back in honor of my Aunt Mary by selling Pink Fullips Lip Enhancers and donating a percentage of all sales to the American Cancer Society.  This year, I wanted to do something even more special!  This year we will be giving away a $500 USD cash prize to inspire your creativity and have you help us spread awareness during the month of October!!

We will also be donating an additional $500 USD to the American Cancer Society in the winner's name or in the name of a loved one of their choosing.

1st Place: $500 USD, and $500 USD donation

2nd Place: $100 USD, and $100 USD donation

3rd Place: $50 USD, and $50 USD donation

HOW TO ENTER:

  1. Make sure you follow us on one of our pages:
  2. Create and post your lip art creation that uses the color pink to your Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter.
    • Make sure you tag us in your post to submit. (Tag your friends as well, this is all about spreading awareness for Cancer Research!!)
    • You MUST use the color pink in your design.
    • Use hashtags #beatcancer, #raiseawareness, #breastcancerawareness, and #kissingcancergoodbye in your post so we know it is your submission.  Without all of these hashtags, your entry will not count.
  3.  All photos and submissions MUST be your original work.  You must do one of the following to prove original work.  Failure to do so may result in your submission not being accepted.
    • One great way to prove it is original is to show your Fullips Enhancer in the finished photo.
    • Or make a collage of your lip art, and include a pic of you using your Fullips.
    • If you don't have a Fullips Enhancer, hold up a piece of paper in the photo of your finished lips with the slogan "Kissing Cancer Goodbye" OR #fullips.
  4.  All submissions must be entered before the end of day (12am/Midnight your local time) on October 25th.  (LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON)
  5.  All submissions who qualify will be featured on this page.

The winner will be announced on October 31st at 2pm PST on our Instagram page @fullipsenhancer.  We will have 3 guest judges picking a winner. 

Our judges will select the winner using their own discretion as to who has the most creative submission incorporating elements of breast cancer awareness and the color pink.

OFFICIAL RULES (“Rules”)

1. Eligibility: Must be 18 to enter. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, Terms & Conditions, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Fullips, LLC as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Contest.

3. Prizes: The winner(s) of the Contest will receive the prizes specified above. No other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Fullips, LLC’s discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of winner(s).  Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Fullips, LLC to use the winner(s)’ name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

4. Rights Granted by You: By entering this Contest (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), you understand and agree that Fullips, LLC, and anyone acting on behalf of Fullips, LLC, and Fullips, LLC’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Contest, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes, without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent. By entering this content, you represent and warrant that your entry is an original work of authorship, and does not violate any third party’s proprietary or intellectual property rights. If your entry infringes upon the intellectual property right of another, you will be disqualified at the sole discretion of Fullips, LLC. If the content of your entry is claimed to constitute infringement of any proprietary or intellectual proprietary rights of any third party, you shall, at your sole expense, defend or settle against such claims. You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fullips, LLC from and against any suit, proceeding, claims, liability, loss, damage, costs or expense, which Fullips, LLC may incur, suffer, or be required to pay arising out of such infringement or suspected infringement of any third party’s right.

5. Terms & Conditions: Fullips, LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Fullips, LLC’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest. Fullips, LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or website or violates the Rules, Terms & Conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Fullips, LLC and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Contest and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries.

7. Disputes: This Contest IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND NEVADA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Contest, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Clark County, Nevada having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Contest). Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
